Simple No Bake Strawberry Fudge With Real Strawberries

Rich in chocolate flavor, creamy texture and juicy fresh strawberries, this no bake strawberry fudge with real strawberries (!) will captivate you, in addition to taste and simplicity ✨

It literally takes a couple of minutes to mix all the ingredients and pour into the mold. It takes a few hours to cool and you have a great dessert of just a few ingredients.

How To Prepare

This fudge is prepared with tahini, ie sesame paste / butter, but you can use any other nut or seed butter, as you wish. I used tahini because this type of paste has a thick type of substance which is a great alternative to baking. That is, if you’d like to create strawberry fudge without baking. Just make sure that there is no added sugar, salt or similar additives, but that it is pure butter ❤️

If you have, you can also use lyophilized (a special way of drying fruit) strawberries because this will make your cubes last longer. However, these fresh ones go very well because they give a special juiciness and taste to fudge.

Although there’s a lot of people that like to prepare this recipe using artificial flavors, the most important reason I like this strawberry fudge is because it has real strawberries. Otherwise, how can you even say you’re preparing a strawberry fudge if there are no real strawberries in them?

I always go for the most healthy way to prepare any type of meal, which is why also I decided to make this fudge no bake style! ❤️

My No Bake Strawberry Fudge With Real Strawberries Recipe

Preparing this no bake strawberry fudge with real strawberries can be a lot of fun, and the end you’ll have a delicious dessert in your fridge.

Follow my recipe below to get started.

No Bake Strawberry Fudge With Real Strawberries

  • 300 g dark chocolate (preferably extra dark)
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream ((thick portion from a can of coconut milk))
  • 1/4 cup tahini (or some other nut or seed butter))
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (or some other nut or seed butter))
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-5 pieces fresh strawberries
  1. Start preparing your no bake strawberry fudge by melting the chocolate, broken into cubes, on steam. When dissolved, add the remaining ingredients, except the strawberries, and mix with a whisk until the ingredients are combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold lined with baking paper. I used a 19 × 10 cm diameter mold. The size of the mold depends on whether you want thinner or thicker fudge. Spread evenly with a spatula.

  3. Chop the strawberries and press on top. The amount of strawberries depends on the size of the mold you used.

  4. Refrigerate for at least two hours.

  5. When the fudge is squeezed, remove from the mold, slice and serve. If desired, you can melt a little chocolate and pour over the diced cubes. Voila! Your no bake strawberry fudge with real strawberries are done and ready to be served.

  6. Keep the fudge in the refrigerator in an airtight container or up to 3 days (due to fresh strawberries).
