Homemade Banana Pudding With Evaporated Milk!

This creamy homemade banana pudding with evaporated milk is a twist for a classic pudding for breakfast, but also a great sweet tooth for lunch after lunch or in times of sweet crises.

The difference between a regular type of pudding and this homemade banana pudding is that all of the ingredients are mixed in a blender, along with evaporated vegetable milk and water, before being put to boil.

You only need a few minutes and very few ingredients and the sweetener, as well as evaporated vegetable milk, you can use whichever you prefer. Try it, you won’t regret it!

How To Prepare Your Homemade Banana Pudding With Evaporated Milk

Preparing your banana pudding is really easy and takes no more than 20 minutes once you have all the ingredients! The most important step is actually not mixing the bananas but adding a little bit of ceylon cinnamon, which will give this delicious pudding a interesting touchy flavor.

Homemade Banana Pudding With Evaporated Milk

  • 1/2 cups small oatmeal
  • 1 cup vegetable milk (evaporated)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp ceylon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 large bananas
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix. Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the pudding thickens, stirring constantly.

  2. Serve with coconut cream (solid part from a can of coconut milk lightly mixed with a whisk) and fresh fruit (raspberries).

* celiacs, make sure oatmeal is declared gluten free!
